Murphy Associates - Our Programs


Murphy Associates' training programs are designed with the aim of business process improvement and profitability through employee skills development. All four disciplines, Occupational Spanish, Occupational Portuguese, Cross-Cultural and Customer Service, focus on techniques to enhance daily interactions and nurture relationships in the workplace and/or the community through improved communication and through awareness that differences provide an opportunity for professional and personal growth. Programs are delivered in a manner to meet client expectations, needs and budgets and program formats are flexible and tailored to specific schedule requirements. All Murphy Associates programs can be customized to accommodate unique client requisites.
